Please read these terms carefully before using EnglishPapa's corporate English training services.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of EnglishPapa's corporate English training services ("Services"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
EnglishPapa is a corporate English training provider based in London, United Kingdom, specialising in business English courses for companies and professionals.
2. Services Provided
EnglishPapa provides corporate English training services, including but not limited to:
- Business English courses for employees and executives
- One-to-one and group training sessions
- Online and in-person training delivery
- Industry-specific English training programmes
- Presentation skills and business writing courses
- IELTS, TOEIC, and other exam preparation
All Services are subject to availability and will be delivered according to the agreed schedule and curriculum.
3. Bookings and Payment
3.1 Booking Process
To book our Services, you must submit a consultation request or contact us directly. We will provide a customised proposal and quotation based on your requirements.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and corporate purchase orders
- For long-term contracts, payment schedules will be agreed separately
- Late payments may incur a 3% monthly interest charge
3.3 Deposits
A deposit of 50% may be required to secure booking for new clients or large training programmes. This deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel the service.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Client Cancellations
- 24+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% charge or reschedule with fee
- Less than 12 hours: Full session charge applies
- No-show: Full session charge, no rescheduling
4.2 EnglishPapa Cancellations
In the unlikely event we need to cancel a session, we will provide at least 24 hours' notice and offer a full refund or free rescheduling. We are not liable for any consequential losses.
4.3 Programme Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing training programme with 14 days' written notice. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused, prepaid sessions.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client of EnglishPapa, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about training needs and participant levels
- Ensure participants attend scheduled sessions punctually
- Provide suitable facilities for in-person training (if applicable)
- Ensure stable internet connection for online training
- Notify us of any accessibility requirements or special needs
- Respect trainers and maintain professional conduct
- Complete any pre-course assessments or homework as required
6. Our Commitments
EnglishPapa commits to:
- Provide qualified, experienced trainers (CELTA/DELTA or equivalent)
- Deliver training according to agreed curriculum and schedule
- Match trainers to client needs using our match.expert system
- Provide progress reports and feedback as agreed
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
- Respond to queries within 24 hours (business days)
7. Intellectual Property
All training materials, course content, and proprietary methodologies provided by EnglishPapa remain our intellectual property. Clients may use materials for internal training purposes only.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the training relationship.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific training programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such processing.
